Outfit Of The Day:
My boyfriend and I were somewhat matching this night out; shades of grey, black and my touch of creme.
I’ve always liked that we have similar styles, not just in what we wear, but our attitude and lifestyle as well. We’re a good fit and just get one another, it’s not easy to find but once you have it’s wonderful.

Outfit Of The Day:
So it’s been a while since I’ve posted an outfit, this one was for a night out filled with beer, pool and Brits. My dress is by Wilfred for Aritzia, my jacket is a vintage find of 7.99$, and booties are just my go to pair of wedges that match everything and are super comfy.
Really simple outfit, it’s how you wear your clothes that makes it. Walk with confidence and you’ll rule the world

Outfit Of The Day:
So as I’m packing to move across the world, my mum is finding all these absolutely amazing vintage gems of hers and her mothers to pass on to me. I’m literally in heaven!
These are her old French-designed, black, high-waisted, leather pants from the 80’s! She used to ride a motorcycle and ‘haaaaated’ the cheap plasticy feeling leather pants used for bikes, so she spent 300$ on these bad boys. I honestly feel like a rock n roll princess in them. I can’t believe she waited this long to share them!!! Oh well, mine now :)

Outfit Of The Day:
Hello again! This outfit was very simple, plain black jeans, my black flats and a black sheer button down. What really made this outfit special was my necklace. I borrowed it from my mother actually! Never underestimate mama’s jewelry, they often have beautiful hidden gems and love to know their stuff is back in. I just loved the colors and how it really popped in this all black outfit.

Dear Anon,
You asked me what my cleansing and cosmetic routine was and I shall deliver as promised!
Above is a photo of my Clean & Clear 3 in 1 face wash, which I use daily in the shower with medium coarse exfoliating mitts. This provides a deeper clean and rids my face of its dead, dry skin to let my natural glow shine through.
Second, is my No 7 face lotion. It is so important to have a separate face cream from your body lotion. The skin in your face is so much more sensitive then say, the skin on your hands or legs. Moisturizers are the key to looking younger longer, so moisten up girls!
As for my cosmetics, as you can see I am a bit of a MAC snob. I was first introduced to MAC makeup when I was 16, was blown away by the quality of their products and never looked back since! That’s six years and going strong my friends.
I start off with a freshly washed and moisturizer face, the first thing you want to apply is your concealer. That is the little tube of skin-tone cream just around your eyes to even the skin. I like to put in an inch long below my eye, and also on my eyelid up the right beneath the brow. This evens out all the skin around your eyes. I also use this time to cover any blemishes.
The next step is to use your all-over coverage powder and even it out across your entire face using a large brush. This is the powder that matches the color of your concealer.
Now you have your base done we add some highlighting! Using your bronzing pressed powder and a medium-large brush you are going to highlight your cheekbones by brushing it in a diagonal like along the under side of your cheek bones. Also just under the jaw bone, and just around the edges of your face right at the hair line. This created a sun kissed look without looking like you’ve spent an eternity in a sun bed.
Then you are going to take your blush, I’m showing two because I like to alternate, using a medium-small brush you are going to lightly powder the above side of your cheek bones. You want this all to look smooth so bring the color up to the hair line. Remember that it’s not the 60’s anymore and for blush, less is more!
Now using a small eye shadow brush you are going to powder your lid and the inner corner of your eye with a light color of eyeshadow. I like using a white with shimmer to brighten up my eyes, sometimes I put it below my eyes as well, just for fun!
Once completed, now this step is optional, but I like to fill in my eyebrows to have a bolder look. Using an angled brush and an eyebrow pencil, I rub my brush on the tip of the pencil to distribute the color then use the brush directly on my eyebrows. This creates a more natural looking brow. Not shown in the photo is my clear eyelash and eyebrow gel I use to keep my bottom lashes and eyebrows in place (bushy brows sometimes have a mind of their own!)
We’re almost done!!
All that’s left is your eyeliner, which is also optional, or for a day to night transition. I used to use a pencil eyeliner but have graduated to a gel. Gel eyeliner is easier to control, especially since you apply it with a thin little brush, similar to a paintbrush! I am a big fan of the cat eye, this you just need to practice until perfect. Just remember to start at the inner corner of your eye and finish at the outer corner, going from a very fine line and gradually getting thicker until the little outer point. Throw on some mascara and you’re done!!
For fun add a red or pink lipstick or just a light gloss and you are all set for the day!
This is what works for me, you are welcome to tweak it and make it your own. If you have any questions or tips you’d like to share with me please message me! I would love some feedback :)

Outfit Of The Day:
I love everything about this one, the wool fedora by Wilfred for Aritzia, the dark grey moto leather jacket that was given to me for free(!), the black pants that were also free (I’ve got nice friends), but what really makes this one is my top. Boldly displaying ‘Drink Drank Drunk’ across the front like I have no shame, ironically this shirt only gets worn in a state of inebriation, whatever. It used to have sleeves until I decided I hated them and cut them off, mainly because it’s a size large, it was the last one so I took it anyway. Also because I like wearing a gold bangle above my elbow on my skinny little arm and sans sleeves it is much better showcased!
I have to say I felt like a total bad ass, Erin Wasson, MK&A, Miley, call me?
